brings to fruition a profound sense of harmony, pleasure and fun in all who share its journey.

Through yielding the ego into trust and commitment to self,
our bodies can dance the rhythm of the soul.

Surrendering to the beat of the music, we gently awaken self-expression as our body, mind and soul melts into authentic movement. Dissolving all tensions, profound stillness envelopes us.

Focusing inwardly into our journey and path. yogaflows & tai chi, global dance steps & music, allow the intelligence of the breath to lead our body’s pulse.

Creativity flows through us & guided by the energy of the dance.  Physical form serves spirit,
Structure supports intuition and Deep connection prepares us for free-form dance.

These classes are an intensive experience of personal transformation. Using Gestalt techniques, guided creative visualization, art work, advanced vocal toning and yogaflows, we utilize the safety and caring of a special group dynamic to participate in a beautiful and gentle dance process of self-evolvement.

This is the dance for the non dancer and dancer alike!

As the music stirs we commence our ascent exploring the landscape within.
Primitive calls escape our lips as the dance fans the fire taking light.
Burning in the flames we open our hearts and send our roots deep into the earth.
Emboldened, we awaken our untapped passion
And dance into untold ecstasy whilst the angels fly amongst us.
