Follow up Consultation / Colon Hydrotherapy 60 minutes $85 (+GST if applicable)
Short Follow up Consultation 30 minutes $75 (+GST if applicable)
Long Consultation 90 minutes $135 (+GST if applicable)

For interstate / international clients ALL consultations (except Colon Hydrotherapy) may be conducted by phone consultation

 

Cancellation Policy

At “My Health Sanctuary” we are passionate about offering the very best in health care services. We hold a strong commitment to every client & continuously work to refine our treatment protocols for you.

We are a busy clinic with 30 years experience in many areas of Natural Health Treatment. And we always endeavour to see you as soon as is possible.

However, due to the high demand for our services, we regularly have clients waiting to see us. For this reason we have a wait list for those that we are unable to immediately accommodate.

In order to honour each & every one of you & to make appointment times readily available, we ask that you read this cancellation policy & agree to it.
If you need to cancel/change your appointment time with us your appointment space may then be allocated to someone else, who may urgently need a treatment,

As your time slot is hard to fill at the last moment, we require a minimum of 24hrs notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment time.

We ask that you phone the clinic to cancel / change your appointment time with us. We do not accept emails or text messages.

If you cancel on the day of your treatment or less than 24hrs before your appointment, we expect that you will pay for your treatment in full.
Any pre-paid treatments will be deemed as used.

We are more than happy to reschedule if you give us more that 24hr notice.

Our appointment times are structured to satisfy all clients & also to honour our therapists who attend our clinic especially for you and to give other treatments on the day.

Your commitment to your treatments will lift your health and well-being to an elevated state of energy, wellness & happiness.
