THE PROGRAM:
At My Health Sanctuary the Wellness eating program is based on
low glycaemic load GL foods. This means that the GL ranks foods based
on their immediate effect on your blood sugar levels and on the amount
to sugar they contain. The lower the GL the lower the sugar content
and the better the food is for you.
The Wellness diet also increases your protein intake which improves
appetite, increases fat metabolism and helps to maintain lean muscle
mass.
Fruits, vegetables & grains, being an excellent source of fibre
vitamins and minerals act as antioxidants and encourage healthy aging.

EXERCISE:
At ‘My Health Sanctuary’ we know that a simple realistic exercise
program tailored to your life style & health needs not only keeps you
fit and healthy but allows those wonderful endorphins that come with
